There was a special operation in the territory of Nazran new buildings(western part of the town) held by FSB of RI jointly with RI ministy of internal affairs to capture alleged in partaking in illegal armed units. After 4:00,private house,the alleged were in, was besieged by members of secret services and ministry of internal affairs. There were to 150 persons,5 armored vehicles and other machines used in the operation. According to data of ministry of internal affairs and bureau of RI FSB press office the fighters were offered to capitulate.They rejected and began firing.The skirmish went on almost eight hours.Eventually all of the besieged men was killed and the homestead-destroyed.5 fighters were killed according to ministry of internal affairs and bureau of FSB refined data. Primarily only one of the killed was identified.It was one Magomed-Bashir Albakov. Northern Caucasus executive headquarters on coordination of antiterrorist operations(ROSH) called two more names of the killed. According to ROSH data,they were Uruskhan Lolokhoev and Amirkhan Gorchkhanov.

Magomed Mochiev(73 years old).

According to ministry of internal affairs of RI press office information,there happened an accident on the inner road Ordzhonikidzevskaya-Nazran. Armored vehicle of RF ministry of internal affairs (military unit 6779) ran with fair speed into an auto belonging to a native of RI,Magomed Mochiev.73 years old driver of the auto due to obtained injures died right away.On that case, Sunzhensky district procuracy of RI actioned proceedings. Primarily,it was established the accident happened by the fault of armored vehicle driver that outraged road regulations.

Mikail Kurskiev(1978)

In the daylight,while realizing an address special operation in the Sadovaya,Nazran by officers of special purpose unit, a skirmish took place and a native of Malgobek Mikail Kurskiev and two members of FSB special purpose unit died.

About 12:30,special purpose unit of FSB bureau besieged a homestead situated in the Sadovaya street,belonging to a native of Nasyr-kort settlement Chemurziev Magomed-Sali. The members of FSB had information that Magomed Kurskiev, a native of Malgobek,wanted as alleged assailant hit upon Ingushetiya in 2004(assailants attacked army and militia bases,ministry of internal affairs depot and Nazran checkpoint) was in that house. Units of RI ministry of internal affairs were used as a cordon.Special- purpose fighters tried to get into the house to catch Kurskiev but were fired and two of them were killed.Kurskiev captured the killed special-purpose fighters' arms,let the host's wife and children out of house and began to defend.He had not to surrender. The fact that Mikail phoned to his father to say goodbye was indicative of it. The military men also were not going to capture Kurskiev alive and began mass firing at the besieged house with automatic weapons,bazookas,machine guns and also using infantry fighting vehicle's gun.According to witnesses words,there were more than 100 soldiers(including members of RI ministry of internal affairs) in the place of special operation realization. Two or more armored vehicles,several "UAZ" autos and others were used there.Combat went on about 4 hours. At finishing phase of the operation the special purpose unit fighters used flame throwers because after 16.00 the being fired house inflamed. The witnesses confirm after the house put on fire,Kurskiev called out "Allahu akbar" not ceasing firing went out. And only then he was killed.

It should be noted after the operation began Kurskiev's father came to the place and tried to go in the house where his son was. He was stopped by special-purpose unit fighters but nevertheless kept on trying to insist on to be let passing.The special-purpose fighters refused him one more in the rough form,told "Sluts,with beards"(Kurskiev's father has long grey beard).The oldman also was aggressive and only ingush OMON fighters interposition could take the strain off (they talked the oldman into stepping aside).

According to the available information,there were not casualties among peaceful inhabitants. The house belonging to Chemurziev was wrecked.Adjoining houses-slightly harmed(window panes,roofs and facework-battered).Chemurziev Magomed-Sali was arrested to interrogate by members of FSB.By Chemurziev's neighbors words,the killed Kurskiev was a brother of his wife and from time to time came to see his nephews.Magomed-Sali only kept kin relations with Kurskiev.At the beginning of the special operation,Magomed-Sali was not at home.He went to visit friday prayer in the mosque.

Kodzoev Iznaur

About 6:00, in the Altievsky municipal district,Nazran,special operation to capture Kodzoev Isnaur,a native of Kantyshevo settlement by members of special-purpose fighters of FSB bureau,RF.

In the morning,in the Altievo settlement, the special-purpose fighters of FSB besieged house,11,in the Dorozhnaya street belonging to the Koloevs.

According to the FSB bureau press-centre official information,the fighter of ingush dzhamaat Kodzoev Isnaur hid in the homestead.There were used to 70 militarymen and a large number of transport(3 armored troop carriers,a military truck "Ural"(armored),3 minibuses "Gazel",4 autos(2 "UAZ" autos,an auto "VAZ-Niva"(with 15 region numberplate,white color) and an auto "VAZ-2107" (with 06 region numberplate)) and others.Besides,to prevent access roads to the place of special operation, the members of the local power structures were used.

According to the Koloevs' neighbors,the militarymen did not evacuate peaceful inhabitants from the danger zone.It contradicts to the FSB bureau press-centre Yury Smolyaninov. Moreover,while blocking the house,an armored troop carrier broke the next homestead gate belonging to Dzeitov Kazbek.

Members of special purpose unit could not take Kodzoev at advantage and according to FSB press-centre, he abandoned to capitulate.During the combat,Kodzoev Isnaur was killed. On the militarymen side, one member was injured. During the combat,the federal powers used automatic weapons,bazookaz and grenades.

According to witnesses' words,there were heard single pistol shots. One of the locals,Mutaliev Suleiman,attesting witness,confirms Kodzoev had tore left thigh and two bullet wounds in the eye and a forehead.

After Kodzoev's death,the military men came into the house and caught a house-master Koloev Aliskhan Magomedovich (1982).Wilie removing Aliskhan,the militarymen kicked him two times in the face and belly.

His sister,Koloeva Aza,applied for human rights centre "Memorial" .She insists her brother Aliskhan has not any concern to the killed fighter.Being in tight situation,they made up their minds to rent the room situated in the yard. A week ago,one man asked to lodge it.The Koloevs was agreed.And the man came to shack up only on april,12,and in the morning there happened the combat there.

The Koloevs' neighbors also positively describe Koloev Aliskhan. They also told the "Memorial" members that the Koloevs buried their grandmother,only close relative(their father and mother were gone long ago).Because of the funeral large costs,the Koloevs looked for a lodgers to improve their bad financial conditions.

In several days Koloev Aliskhan was released.

In the morning about 6.30 in Kantyshevo settlement,Nazran district,Ingushetiya,the special operation was carried out by officers of FSB bureau.Two brothers were arrested: Kodzoev Magomed and Kodzoev Khavazh-Bagaudin.There were used 3 armored troop carriers,2 military trucks "Ural",a minibus "Gazel",an auto "UAZ" and others.

According to Kodzoev Magomed's wife,Zaira,in the morning, some armed and masked people smashed into their house in the Shkolnaya and Sadovaya streets(place of new buildings) crossing. They followed a armored troop carrier that had broken the homestead gate.Kodzoeva Zaira went out to know what happened.Some militaryman(without a mask) asked her if there was anybody in the house.She answered there were only her husband and two children.The same militaryman(appearingly he was a chief) commanded her to call her husband out of the house.Her husband came out and was captured.The woman and children was ordered to seat into "Gazel" auto(white) and Kodzoev Magomed was brought into the house. All militarymen spoke russian without any accent. At 9.30 M.Kodzoev handcuffed and with black bag on his head was taken away in unknown direction.His wife and children were being in the auto till 12.00 o'clock and then the head of the militarymen allowed her to leave for relatives.The woman did not hear any gun or explosion reports while being next to her house.

After Kodzoeva Zaira left,her husband's brother Kodzoev Khavazh-Bagaudin came.When the militarymen got to know his name he was arrested and brought away.From district militia officer the relatives knew about it. The militarymen was being in the Kodzoev's homestead till 18.00.After officers left,Kodzoeva Zaira came back home and found the floor was broken.There were not traces of shots and explosions in the house. According to Z. Kodzoeva's words, some things(household appliances) and documents(including her passport) dispassecred.

The Kodzoevs' mother applied for RI ministry of internal affairs and Nazran district office of procuracy.The ministry of internal affairs answered "operational search actions concerning Kodzoev Kh-B.A and Kodzoev M.A and as well as the search of their dwelling,the officers of RI ministry of internal affairs did not carry out".The procuracy answer was "on February,16,2005,in the homestead(unnumbered) situated in the Sadovaya and Shkolnaya crossing,Kantyshevo settlement,Nazran district,within borders of RF general procuracy bureau on the nothern caucasus investigative commission,the operational search actions were carried out by officers of RI FSB bureau to arrest arabian mercenary Abu-Dzeit,during the special operation the latter brought into action a bomb and died right away. Nothern Caucasus RF general procuracy bureau investigative group under command of investigator Krivorotov K.E. examined the site of occurrence". The applicant was recommended to apply for the office of Nothern Caucasus RF general procuracy situated in the Mendeleyeva street,21, Essentuki town,Stavropolsky area.The answer from Nazran procuracy came only after May,20.

On May,31,Kodzoeva Zalina applied for human rights center "Memorial" to help her in finding her husband and brother.She believes her her husband and brother were illegally arrested. Kodzoeva insists that Abu Dzeit was never in their house and no any weapons were stored. By November,2006,the brothers Kodzoevs' relatives haven't got any official notification from law-enforcement agencies about the fact and the cause of brothers' arrest. And their location is not unknown. Currently,according to the available information,we can affirm that the arrested brothers had been taken away to Vladikavkaz where they died due to blows and racks.

Human rights center "Memorial" formerly informed of special operation to arrest Abu Dzeit but at that time it had only the event official version of FSB bureau press center on Ingushetiya.It was said about neutralization of famous arabian mercenary Abu Dzeit and an arrest of Kodzoev Musa,the home-maker where the arabian terrorist had hidden (vide infra).

«On February, 16,in the early morning, there was a special operation to be carried out by members of RF FSB special purpose unit jointly with ingush OMON and members of other power departments to arrest a group of extremists presumably being in the house belonging to Kodzoev Musa, Kantyshevo settlement,Ingushetiya.

Militarymen besieged Kodzoev's homestead and then got into it broken doors and windows.According to the neighbors' words,there was heard gunreports in the house.Soon after the special purpose unit men lead out the home-maker Kodzoev Musa and two of his guests were killed.The militarymen said they were killed after they maintained resistance.

During searching,there was discovered a way into concealed basement in one of rooms. The special purpose unit men were fired from the basement side and they overwhelmed it with grenades and killed an unknown man being there.But the killed man,the militarymen revealed weapons and a large amount of explosives.

By data of RF FSB bureau on Ingushetiya,the killed man was some Abu Dzeit,native of Kuwait,a representative of Al-Kaida.Under his command the groups of sappers were prepared and as well the money flows from abroad were distributed.

It's interesting that about time of the special operation FSB informed only on February,21,i.e. in 4 days after it happened. Usually,press centers of the secret services inform of such operations immediately the same day or next.The representatives themselves explained it they needed time to identify the killed Abu Dzeit.

The arrested Kodzoev was brought to Vladikavkaz and prisoned.»

Gorchkhanov Adam Alambekovich, 1968

About 6:00, in Plievo settlement,Nazranovsky district, Gorchkhanov A.A,residing in Gorchkhanov street,6. was kidnapped from his own homestead by members of power structures.

According to his relatives' words,early in the morning,about 40 militarymen in several autos "UAZ",a minibus "Gazel"(white),an armored troop carrier and others drove up to his homestead.Some of them was masked.Some of them spoke russian and some-ingush. At that time,Adam's grandmother was in the yard.A few of them came up to her to ask where there were men in the house. Frightened aged woman could nothing say.The militarymen themselves spotted Adam's room and commanded old woman to ask her grandchild to open a door.Adam opened door himself. The soldiers smashed in and began beating him claiming to give weapons.At the same time another group of militarymen beat Adam's younger brother,Gorchkhanov Bashir(1970) in adjoining room.There was an illegal search of dwelling there.The militarymen acted rude and used obscene language.All actions were videoshot. During the search of dwelling,two family albums and Adam's and Bashir's passports. The militarymen also told you found two pistols in the house,but there were not any attesting witnesses to confirm the statement.After searching the soldiers took Adam Gorchkhanov and abducted him not informed his relatives where he would be brought.

In the same day,the Gorchkhanovs applied for the republican and the regional procuracy and FSB bureau of RI and as well wrote an application to the general procurator of RF,Ustinov,the head of FSB RF,Patrushev and a delegate of russian state parliament from Ingushetiya,Kodzoev.

In May, 25,the Gorchkhanov's relatives briefed a barrister.In a day,the barrister could fix Gorchkhanov's location on informal channels.As it turned out,he was taken to the temporary custody isolation of Vladikavkaz.The barrister could not fix the reason of Gorchkhanov's arrest,but he was able to know that Gadzhiev Zakhir investigated the case. The barrister could not obtain an appointment with Adam.

In May, 28, the barrister found out Gorchkhanov Adam was in the republican clinical hospital. He was unconscious and connected to an artificial lung. He was allegedly taken there from the local Struggle against organized criminality board. As members of militia insist,Gorchkhanov proved to be in a such condition after he had jumped out of 4th floor of Struggle against organized criminality board building. Nevertheless,the barrister insist that there was no any fracture on the body of his client but numerous chaps and major hematomas,characteristic for a man who was being beaten very much.

You should note that the investigative agency had not informed Adam Gorchkhanov's relatives about his arrest reason and his location.

In May, 30, at 14:00 Gorchkhanov Adam died in the hospital. In May, 31,his body was given to the relatives to bury. In June, 1, Gorchkhanov was buried on Plievo settlement cementary.His relatives confirms that the Adam's body had numerous traces of tortures and beating.

After 16:30, in Nazran town,when a FSB special operation unit carrying out a special military operation in Kommunalnaya street,14,there were killed two men: Archakov Mansur and Ozdoev Adam, the natives of Nazran.

According to the FSB board press-center on Ingushetiya, Chiliev Aslambek Yakhyayevich(1983), alleged in commiting in May,23, a teract in Ingushetiya directed against russian militarymen and members of the power structures lived there. By the case, members of Struggle against organized criminality of the ministry of internal affairs had before arrested 3 men. According to one of the 3 people evidences the secret services looked out on Chiliev's homestead.

Inquiring the event witnesses,we managed to ascertain that about 16:40 militarymen in great numbers blocked Chiliev's homestead.Having broken a gate with armored troop carrier,special unit fighters penetrated into the yard.Two refugee-women went out having heard the noise.Having known who they were,the militarymen allowed them to leave the yard. In some time the gun reports started that continued about an hour. When it stopped,witnesses saw that the soldiers began to carry some bags and boxes into the house. The corpses dragged over the ground having tied their legs with string and threw into a military car.The host was absent.As it turned out afterwards he was arrested before when he was going from Karabulak by members of the mobile platoon of RF ministry of internal affairs. After 20:00 the militarymen left.

Mansur Archakov's relatives insist that day Mansur came to see Chiliev.He was often coming to see him before because he lived next to Chiliev and was his enate. The boys usually spent their time playing computer games or watching videofilms.The Archakov's body was taken from the town hospital and buried by his relatives in June,21.

Aslambek Chiliev's neighbors speak of him as a sedate man. He lived alone there (Aslambek's parents died and he had not other akin relatives but married sister). He was often visited by boys of his age. His neighbors told that no Chiliev nor his friends had not engaged in any reprehensible things. His sister,Leila,also told her brother was not able to participate in any illegal units. According to her words,after their parents' death,she regularly visited her brother,cooked cleaned the house. His sister is absolutely sure that there was no any weapon in his home.

In June, 22,we succeeded in finding Chiliev's location. He was given and registered in the struggle against organized criminality board of RI ministry of internal affairs. He is confined in temporary custody isolator of RI ministry of internal affairs. Talking to one of the members of the ingush procuracy,new facts of the case turned out. As the member told Ortskhanov Aslan was arrested together with Chiliev and they gave frank confession of the teract happened in May,23,2005.

Molsky Valery Alexeyevich, 1938 .

About 22:30, in Karabulak,some unknown persons killed Molsky, a chief engineer of "Ingushenergo" in his own flat. In the evening, armed,masked and camouflaged men knocked at the door of Molsky's flat and under pretence of checking documents came in. Nothing told they shot down Molsky and escaped from the place. According to the fact of the crime,Karabulak procuracy actioned by law article 105 of RF criminal code ("murder"). Valery Molsky had worked in "Ingushenergo" since 1995.

Malsagov Ramzan.

About 7:00, not far from Zyazikov-yurt,Malgobeksky region,a skirmish between members of militia and a group of persons which were in an auto "VAZ" happened. The ministry of internal affairs,RI, informed that during carrying out actions within wide-ranging operation on the territory of the southern federal area in the surroundings of Zyazikov-yurt settlement,Malgobeksky district, RI,when checking documents the passengers of an auto "VAZ" started firing at the members of militia. As a result of the fire, one of the auto passengers was killed,the other three-arrested.An officer of traffic police got a light wound. According to another data, the auto did not stop at request of the traffic police members. Then the chase started,during that the skirmish began between the members of militia and the persons being in the car. At the same day,the ministry of internal affairs press-centre informed the persons that maintained the armed resistance to the members of militia was identified. All of them are ingush. One of them is Malsagov Ramzan killed while firing. The other three are Kodzoev Magomed,Tseloev Magomed and Daskiev Muslim are arrested. One more could escape. The ministry of internal affairs of RI forces organized driving nearby settlements(Zyazikov-yurt,Novy Redant and Aki-yurt) to find the escaping man. The searchings were unsuccessful. By the fact the criminal case actioned.

Chakhkiev Chingiskhan,42 years old.

There was a murder of ingush refugee,Chakhkiev Chingiskhan,that lately came back the place of his former living(Dachnoe settlement) in Prigorodny region.It is known that about 20:00,Chakhkiev was coming back home from his friend who lives in Dachnoe settlement too. Nevertheless,neither that day nor another Chakhkiev had not came back home. His body was disclosed in Vladikavkaz mortuary by his relatives. The killed was brutally maimed-his throat was cut and an ear-cut off and his legs had numerous bruises. As it turned out Chakhkiev's body with the traces of violent death was discovered not far from via town in the field. Before that in the surroundings of Dachnoe settlement there was found a shoe of the killed. It is supposed that Chakhkiev was kidnapped in July evening,23,when coming back home. By one of the versions, the refugee was killed by some ultra national group wanting to destabilize situation in the region and intervene returning the ingush refugees Prigorodny region. They say in Ingushetiya that the murder of the peaceful resident and an attack at an auto of RI refugee matters state committee head,Kazbek Sultygov,happened uptown of Vladikavkaz were commited by the same people. The killed 42 years old Chakhkiev Said had 5 children.

Imagozhev Khamzat, 48 years old.

At 15:30, in Gairbek-khadzhi street,Nazran,next to the building of the skin venereal dispensary there was a bombexplosion there. The bombexplosion happened when a minibus "Sobol"(number plate O 160 MM 06) belonging to RI ministry of internal affairs. As a result of the explosion,a native of Nasyr-kort settlement,Imagozhev Khamzat that was in an auto "BMW" following the minibus,died. Two members of militia that were in the minibus got wounds of various severity grade.

At the place of the explosion a large number of passers-by and members of militia got together. By fact of the event,Nazran procuracy brought an action according to the law articles "terrorism" and "murder" the criminal code of russian federation.According to the investigative group version, the explosion was pointed at the members of militia being in the minibus "Sobol".

Bashir Pliev.

The members of Nazran department of internal affairs, trying to arrest,killed a local,Bashir Pliev in Plievo settlement,Nazranovsky region. During searching actions in a homestead belonging to the Plievs,at 07:00, the members of Nazran department of internal affairs disclosed a former militia member,Bashir Pliev,who was wanted by the authorities.

Trying to arrest him,the militiamen was fired and had to shot him down. Two members of militia got wounds. One of the wounded is Kotikov Mustafa,assistant chief of the regional criminal investigation department of internal affairs.

In July,2004,members of RI FSB board had already tried to arrest Pliev. During searching Pliev's homestead(that time being acting officer of the ministry of internal affairs),the host was at work. Having learnt that he was searched by FSB members he escaped. Since he had gone underground and hardly ever come home.

About 14:10,there were exploded two bombs in the way of the chairman of RI government(Ibragim Malsagov) moving in Pobeda street,Nazran. As a result of the teract,a security guard of Malsagov,Tsechoev Amir died.

During searching one of homesteads,there happened a skirmish between RI FSB board members jointly with the mobile platoon of RF ministry of internal affairs and a host of a homestead,Lolokhoev Kharon,who offered an armed resistance in Ali-yurt settlement,Nazranovsky region,Ingushetiya. Lolokhoev was killed.

Khanukaev.

In Ali-yurt settlement,Nazranovsky region,members of federal power structures carried out a special military operation to arrest one of the separatists,a native of Chechen republic,some Khanukaev. As the russian-chechen friendship society reporter could learn Khanukaev running away from persecutors rushed in a house of a local resident,Musa Basaev and hid there. At that time,the host himself and his wife were in. The russian soldiers began firing at the building. The militarymen were not going to evacuate the tenants of that and other houses. As a result of the fire,Khanukaev was killed.Musa Basaev and his wife were not harmed but long time were in depressed case. The Basaevs' house was caused considerable damage.

Investigative group detected in the auto having Stavropol licence plates,scattered man's and woman's clothes and footwear in the blood as well as a driving licence and the car papers.

Besides,there were 5.45 mm. calibre cartridge cases. The killed woman is about 40 years old.

A grave was disclosed in the woodland between Ali-yurt and Surkhakhi settlements,Nazranovsky region,Ingushetiya.

Only one man's corpse,uniformed in a stage of violent putrefaction was brought to the central republican hospital mortuary of Nazran town. The mortuary workers don't know anything of other corpses.

After 22:00,district militia officer,Musa Dzangiev,living in Zyazikova street,36,Nesterovskaya stanitsa was killed in his own home.

About 22:00,Dzangiev came from work,had supper then coming out into the yard,sat there on the chair and fell into a light sleep.At that time Dzangiev's wife with a baby in her arms came into the yard.There she saw two armed,camouflaged,masked men. They pushed the woman off and shot down dormant Dzangiev Musa. The assaulters ran away through the backyard in an unknown direction.

The relatives right there informed the law enforcement body about it.The criminals could not be arrested at once.

By fact of the murder of the district militia officer,Sunzhensky region procuracy institutied legal proceedings according to the law articles "attempted murder of members of law enforcement bodies" and "illegal keeping of weapons and ammunition". The main version of the murder is Dzangiev's employment activity.But the investigative group don't leave out common reasons.

Amriev Gilani Dudaevich, 1955 .

In the evening,in Kommunisticheskaya street, in Nesterovskaya stanitsa,Sunzhensky region,some unknown persons killed a local resident Amriev Gilani.

According to the words of Amriev's wife,Satsita, became known that in the evening,about 23:00,she and her husband were going back home from their relatives. When they almost got home they saw two young men going towards them that spoke something in ingush and calmly laughed. Their appearance does not arouse any suspicion.The unknown passed by. In several seconds,Satsita heard shot bangs like chinese crackers sounds. She was afraid and started aside.When she turned to her husband,Gilani lay on the ground and wheezed. Satsita noticed the lads running away and surmized they had shot at her husband. The woman started calling for help. Meanwhile,the criminals had time to run away.Probably,there was their auto in the next street. According to the Satsita's words, shortly before the accident Gilani was going to get fixed up in FSB.

By the given fact,Sunzhensky district procuracy institutied legal proceedings.

About 19:00, in Karabulak town,some unknown persons commited an armed attack at operating members of Nazran department of internal affairs. As a result of it,three members of Nazran department of internal affairs were killed.They are Aldiev,Kostoev and Gagiev and one more,Zhautkhanov was wounded.

The attack was made next to the restaurant "Golden Palace".The unknown armed men which were in an auto "VAZ-21099" fired two cars "VAZ-2106" and "VAZ-2107" in which were Nazran department of internal affairs members. One-off launcher "Mukha" and automatic guns were used while firing. Three members of Nazran department of internal affairs were killed and one got a severe wound.

By different version of the incident,the militiamen having noticed that suspicious auto without licence plates with darkened glasses tried to check documents of the men but the unknown persons started firing.

The attackers went in the direction of the federal highway "Kavkaz". In some minutes,OMON members,being stationed in Karabulak came up to the place of incident. They blocked access ways. In some minutes more,members of FSB board, then members of operational investigative group and workers of Karabulak procuracy office came up too. The "Perekhvat" plan resulted nothing,the criminals was not arrested.

The wounded militia member was brought to the hospital.

Kureish Nalgiev, 32 years old.

A member of outdepartmental protection board of RI ministry of internal affairs,Kureish Nalgiev was killed in Nazran.He lived in Bazorkina street,8,flat 33.

Early in the morning,about 4:30,6-7 camouflaged and masked men smashed into Nalgiev's flat. According to the words of Nalgiev's sister,living with her brother and her mother,they woke early in the morning for that strong knocks at the door.Their mother came up to the door and asked who there was.From behind the door somebody required in ingush to open. Kureish thought that a man had been sent to him from his work and began to dress. Meanwhile,his mother opened the door and four armed and masked men smashed into the flat. They rudely pushed off the aged woman and three of them came into the drawing-room where Kureish usually slept and the fourth stayed in the hallway,blocking the ways out. The sister tried getting into her brother's room but the man in the hallway prohibited her in russian without any accent to move. Nevertheless,she could hear one of that three, having come into the drawing-room, said to Kureish to leave his mobile phone,because it was blocked.That man spoke russian without any accent too. Then there sounded bangs after that the unknown ran out.Some auto waited for them there. The mother followed them for she thought they kidnapped Kureish but his sister came into the drawing-room and saw her brother's body lying on the bed and there were two gunshot wounds in the heart area. As it turned out afterwards,Kureish was shot four times. The third shot was made into his ear and the 4th bullet was found near sideboard. The militiaman died right away.

By the fact, Nazran procuracy instituted legal proceedings.The inquiry is holding.

In the woodland not far from Nesterovskaya stanitsa,Sunzhensky district a skirmish happened between militarymen and a group of insurgents. As a result of it, one militaryman was killed and two were wounded. The group of insurgents could go away.

"According to the available data,one of RF military unit during searching actions in the woodland near Nesterovskaya stanitsa,skirmished with a group of insurgents. In the coarse of the combat,one soldier-squad leader-was killed and two more were wounded", - a source of the information in the united grouping headquarters on the Nothern Caucasus told on Saturday.

Accordin to its data,the incident happened about 19:00, on Friday. By the advance information, three insurgents were wounded.

Maksharip Belkharoev, 67 years old.

Belkharoeva Zalina, 30 years old.

At night,in September, 26-27,about 00:40, in Alkhasty settlement,Sunzhensky district, some unknown persons killed a local resident,Belkharoev Maksharip in his own homestead in Kolkhoznaya street,35, and severely wounded his 30 years old daughter,Zalina.

According to the witnesses' words,after midnight,two autos came up to the Belkharoevs' homestead - "VAZ-21099" and "VAZ-21023" in which camouflaged and armed men were. 5 or 6 men came into the house.The gate was opened by Zalina. The unknown men introduced as members of law enforcement body and went into a room where was the host,Maksharip Belkharoev.In a minute,the shots got heard.Having rushed in the room,the daughter saw his father wounded to death.The criminals shot at her severely wounded.

Because of the received wounds,Belkharoev died right away and his daughter was brought to the hospital with gunshot wound. In several days,Belkharoeva Zalina died. Maksharip was a faith healer and a simpler all his life and was famous in Caucasus.

Sunzhensky region procuracy instituted legal proceedings by two law articles of RF criminal code - 105 (murder) and 222 (illegal weapon keeping).

Dzhamaleil Geliskhanov, 35 years old.

In September, 27,about 8:00,in Vezhari-yurt settlement,Malgobeksky region,members of law enforcement bodies carried out a special military operation,in the coarse of that operation Dzhamaleil Geliskhanov was killed. As it was informed in the duty department of RI ministry of internal affairs Geliskhanov was searched by federal structures for a number of grave crimes:attack onto a military convoy and killing of FSB militarymen in 1999,attack onto Ingushetiya in summer,2004.

During carrying out the operation,Geliskhanov offered armed resistance and was shot down При проведении операции.There were found automatic gun AKS-74 without a number with cartridge magazine and a homemade blastgrenade.

Shibilov Magomed Sulumbekovich, 1962 ,

In Dolakovo settlement,Nazranovsky region,a local resident,Shibilov Magomed,living in Revolyutsionaya,54,was gone without a trace.

That day,Shibilov as usual went to work(he worked as a tractor-driver in a local agricultural enterprise).Having gone in the field,Shibilov had not returned any more. His workfellows found his tractor in the field but Shibilov could not be found. Presumably,Shibilov was lost between 15:00 and 16:00.At the same day,his workfellows had noticed a suspicious auto "VAZ-21097",white color,licence number plate 004 95. The same auto was seen before. Shibilov's relatives supposed that men of the car could be privy to Magomed's disappearance.

In November, 10, 2005,on Karabulak uptown in Alkhanchurtsky watercoarse Shibilov's decayed body was found.His hands were tired with wire and with traces of cruel tortures. Presumably,Shibilov was killed in the day of his kidnapping. Antemortem,he was tortured-his bones in hands and legs were broken in the groin area were traces of burns.

Mogushkov Magomed Khasanovich, 1974 .

On September,29, in the night, at 00.05 in Nasyrkortovsky municipal borough,Nazran,there happened an explosion in the yard of one of private homesteads.As a result of it,a local resident,Magomed Mogushkov died в результате.

The circumstanses of the incident became known from Magomed Mogushkov's brother Ahmed,living next door to him. Ahmed insists that after midnight he woke from the sound of forceful explosion. Having heard women's cries in his brother's yard,Ahmed ran there. Coming in the yard he scented a strong smell of burnt and when he came into the house he saw a small crater and 10 metres away Magomed lying on the ground. Magomed's feet were separated and legs underneath knees were crushed. Magomed was unconscious but still alive. The wounded man was put onto the blanket and brought into the house and phoned to the emergency ambulance. Mogushkov Magomed died in the hospital not reviving. About 00:45, Ahmed came back home from the hospital. His brother's yard was encircled by militarymen and members of the ministry of internal affairs. Ahmed and members of his brother's family were kept away from the house under pretext of being one more bomb in the yard. It should be noticed the fact that according to the worde of some witnesses the first militarymen appeared to be at the place of the explosion about in 10 minutes after the bomb detonated.

By one of the first militarymen versions,somebody brought the bomb into action in Mogushkov's yard. The argument of that was remove control console and bloody trace detected in the backyard. It was supposed that unknown person got injured himself as a result of the explosion and escaped from the place of the crime through the backyard. The bomb itself was put under an old autobody of lorry "GAZ-53" and was brought into action the moment when Magomed Mogushkov was passing by. The autobody was between the house and lavatory and there was old housewears in the autobody.

In the morning,procuracy members supposed different version of the incident. Magomed Mogushkov died because of awkward use of the bomb when he was hiding it under the autobody. That version became official. RI ministry of internal affairs supposes that Mogushkov could get ready the bomb for next teract in the republic.

Mogushkov Ahmed does not accept the version and sure his brother was victimized with someone's criminal intent. What is more,according to his words,late in August,that year,during one night,members of local power structures came in his brother's house twice. First time,they rushed in about 02:00 under pretext of chasing a man who had come in his yard. They searched of dwelling unsanctionedly and finding noting they went away. About 04:00,they came back again smashing into the yard. Specified Magomed's passport data they commanded him to come into his house and not to go out until they go away.

After that,Mogushkov Ahmed (big brother) wrote a complaint to town procuracy,directly to a member of the procuracy, Marzaganov Adam,thereover illegal actions of the members of power structures in his brother's homestead. Ahmed asked to view the place of occurrence because of fear that the members of the power structures could remain some illegal things(weapons,drugs etc) but his request was not met. The procuracy did not investigate the case. Mogushkov Ahmed believes that the bombexplosion and those members of power structures night visits late in August are coherent.

In October,11,in the day, in Ordzhonikidzevskaya stanitsa surroundings,Sunzhensky region,Ingushetiya,members of russian power structures killed two men:Ruslan Merzhoev,living in Rabochaya street, Ordzhonikidzevskaya stanitsa, and Molad Turazov,a native of Bamut settlement,Achkhoi-Martanovsky region.

According to the official data broadcasted by the central TV,there was a skirmish between members of power structures and insurgents not far from Nesterovskaya stanitsa,Sunzhensky region,Ingushetiya. According to the words of RF general procuracy main board coroner on the southern federal region, Konstantin Krivorotov, during the skirmish two insurgents were killed. Krivorotov insists that the killed men belong to Alikhan Merzhoev's gang,concerning unit "caliphate of Abu Dzeit". Krivorotov told "Alikhan Merzhoev's gang is privy to a numerous blastings". According to his words,the forces of FSB could kill two bandits. Krivorotov told the the incident happened "during cooperative actions when checking received evidences of a before arrested men associated with international terrorist organization of russian South". Krivorotov also informed that "The special operation was carried out by RF main board of procuracy in the souther federal region,Northern Osetiya struggle against organized criminality board and RI FSB board. They met with armed resistance of unidentified persons".

The information from Ruslan Merzhoev's relatives is that he was killed by members of power structures in the surroundings of Ordrzhonikidzevskaya stanitsa,at the berth named "Beloglinka". They insist that no combat was there though they had yet not known Ruslan Merzhoev's death circumstances. Ruslan actually lied out for some time past. He was afraid of the RF power structures.The reason,why the power structures could be interested in him, is not known for them. After the latest visit of members of the power structures to the Merzhoevs Ruslan confirmed he had any concern to neither insurgents nor any other illegal military structures. The killed in Karabulak,in September, 2, 2005,Alikhan Merzhoev was a cousin to Ruslan. They intercommuned on account of the near relation. No any common causes they had not.

Merzhoev's relatives also told that the members of the power structures arrested a man,a native of Ordzhonikidzevskaya at the place of Ruslan's murder,who collected canker-berries and saw all had happened. He was released on the next day.

Saraliev Ali Uvaisovich, 1970 .

In October,18, about 02:45, in Ekazhevo settlement,Nazranovsky district, in the area of new buildings,a native of Gekhi settlement, Urusmartanovsky district,Chechen republic,Ali Saraliev was killed by members of RF FSB board on RI.

Saraliev was killed in a local resident's house,a former member of militia,Yusup Tochiev. By the host of the house,there was a knock at his door late in the night. Saraliev, who lodged there, came up to a window and saw many soldiers in the yard. He said it to Tochiev,the host. When Yusup opened the door, 3 or 4 armed,camouflaged and masked men smashed into the house. They made Tochiev lie on the floor and asked in russian who was there in his house. Tochiev answered "Guest". At that time,Saraliev through next room jumped out of the window and was noticed by soldiers being in the yard. Somebody of them shot at him. The wound turned out to be fatal. The militarymen took the corpse away. The host of the house was arrested and afterwards,having testificated,released home. At the same day, the corpse was given to Saraliev's relatives to bury.

By Tochiev's words, Saraliev was his acquaintance and came to see him in the beginning of October,2005.

Human rights centre "Memorial" has information of Saraliev's arrest in 2003.In July, 13, 2003,about 15:i5,in Nazran town, the members of Urus-Martan settlement jointly with RI ministry of internal affairs arrested Saraliev Ali Uvaisovich,born in 1970, living in Krasnoarmeiskaya street,5,Gekhi settlement,Urus-Martanovsky district.

According to the information having come from Urus-Martanovsky department of internal affairs duty office, the arrested Saraliev was searched by federal power structures. By fact of the arrest,the procuracy instituted legal proceedings № 25154 from 08.12.2001. In virtue of information Saraliev gave during interrogation,there was found a secret store of ammunition he had hidden since April,2001.

In August, 2004,Saraliev had done his one and a half year time and was unprisoned.

According to the RI ministry of internal affairs,the attack at the auto was made that moment when it turned to the by-road, leading in the RF militia unit direction,being stationed in Ingushetiya. There was made the ambush there. Having fired on the auto from automatic guns and underhung launchers,the attackers drove away in Northern Osetiya direction. Captain Alexander Filipsky,senior lieutenant Marina Radysheva,private first class Elena Poltavskaya,major Vadim Sadykov was killed and senior lieutenant Maxim Kochetov got severe wounds. He was hospitalized. Actuating militia plan "Perekhvat" resulted in nothing.

According to the witnesses words,Gorchkhanov's auto "Mercedes" was outrunned another auto "VAZ-21099",silvery color,with darkened glasses and from the car started firing at Gorchkhanov's one.As a result of it, Gorchkhanov got wounded to death and died then and there.

Ozdoev Isa Mukharbekovich, 1980,

In Gamurzievsky municipal district,Nazran,next to the department hospital,agents of the power structures kidnapped a native of Nasyr-kort,Isa Ozdoev,living in Fabrichnaya,10.

Since August,11,2005,Isa Ozdoev had been treated in the tuberculosis dispensary of Nazran department hospital. At kidnapping of him,he went out of the hospital territory after regular medical inspection. He saw his auto was blocked by other cars,in which were armed men. Ozdoev tried to run away but he was several times shot at and severe wounded he was taken away to Vladikavkaz where he was hospitalized in the resuscitation section of Vladikavkaz clinical hospital.

In November, 17,Ozdoev's relative was informed from Vladikavkaz by phone Isa died and offered to take the corpse away. At the same day,Ozdoev's body was brought to Nazran and at morrow buried.

Parviz Mamedov

About 21.30,members of RF mobile platoon,internal troops and RF FSB board on Ingushetiya smashed into Lyuba Buzurtanova's yard,living in Ingushskaya street,63,Nazran. They encircled the house and then commanded the hostess "Get out, you slut". She herself,her three daughters,her son and as well her brother-in-law,Alikhan Ismailov. They were made to face wall and the men were beaten. Using Alikhan Ismailov as a screen the militarymen came in the house and searched the dwelling.

In the same yard,in another house chechen shepherd with his two sons and three Azerbaijanians occupied in seasonal edificial and finishing works rented the dwelling.

That day, Ahmed Magomedov with his sons came back from pasture and rested when heard women's and unfamiliar to him men's voices. He looked out of the window and having nothing noticed there, said to himself the owners reasoned with guests or neighbors on something. The shepherd lay down again but then there was heard gunreports there.Right away Lyuba Buzurtanova's cry came,demanding the lodgers to go out with hands up.

They were made lie face down and aimed the gunbarrels at their napes and kept them in such position not less a half an hour after that they were brought in the street and conveyed to coming up to the place ingush members of the ministry of internal affairs.The shepherd with his sons and two azerbaijanians kept in the RI ministry of internal affairs building more than a day. The third azerbaijanian Третий азербайджанец,Parviz Mamedov(lodgers called him Farid) was killed. His corpse was found behind the house alongside with lavatory and 15 automatic gun cartridge cases near. The killed had slippers on.

It is unknown if the killed man was out when it was blocked or the militisymen took him to the lavatory and shot him down there after he and other lodgers had gone in the yard. But all of the men, who knew him,insists that he was not able to be a fighter. Probably,the azerbaijanian was killed by mistake and only after a pistol and a blastgrenade were inclosed in his hands and said he rendered resistance.

While the arrested men were in building of the ministry of internal affairs,there was a search in the cells and shepherd's two technical passports of the old autos,a driving licence,his and his son's passports,an auto warrant,a certificate of incapacity for work, 1500 rubles and two mobile phones. The men's documents had not given back to November,30.

Lyuba Buzurtanova with her children and her brother-in-law were being kept till late night in the yard. About 01.00,in November,25,they were again taken away in Nazran district department of the internal affairs and questioned, let them go.

During their absence,the militarymen broke all pieces of furniture belonging to the family and snatched three passports.Alikhan Ismailov's passport was not given back.

The next day, FSB united regional headquarters press-centre informed as a result of special operation,there was killed a citizen of Azerbaijan,Parviz Mamedov,that rendered a resistance in Ingushetiya. According to their data, the man jointly with a gang commited a series of grave crimes in Ingushetiya, including a murder of district militia officer appointed in Sunzhensky district,Ingushetiya, in August,current year.

Almurzaev Kambulat Daudovich, 1976,

About 14:00, in Altievsky municipal district of Nazran,members of the secret services killed a native of Ingushetiya Almurzaev Kambulat,living in Tutaeva street,44,Nasyr-kort settlement.

According to RF FSB board on Ingushetiya,Almurzaev Kambulat was killed while asserting him because he rendered an armed resistance. The killed man's corpse was delivered to the Nazran central republican hospital where his relatives took it away from.

The killed man's relatives forwent comments about the circumstances of Almurzaev's death.They told only that Almurzaev Kambulat was occupied in making brick blocks at home.

Tutaev Aslan Mustafaevich, 1984,

About 17:15,in Tsvetochnaya street,Nasyrkortovsky municipal district of Nazran,an auto "Mercedes",in which was a member of Nazran criminal investigation department,militia captain, Tutaev Aslan, was fired.He lived in Pochtovaya street,1,Nasyr-kort settlement.The attacker were in an auto "VAZ-2110" without licence number plates. As a result of the fire,Tutaev Aslan got severe wounds in the area of chest and head. He was brought to the hospital and operated. The doctors told that Tutaev Aslan got 5 wounds and his condition was severe but stable.

On the incident place, 18 5.45 and 7.62 mm. automatic gun cartridge cases were found. By fact of the attack,Nazran procuracy instituted legal proceedings. Plan "Perekhvat" actuated in Ingushetiya.It resulted in nothing.

In a week, Tutaev died because of the received wounds.

About 17.30,in cafe "Meredian" in the busstation,Ordzhonikidzevskaya,members of the power structures carried out a special operation to arrest two alleged insurgents. As a result of the operation, natives of Samashki settlement,Chechen republic, Said-Khasan Musostov and Tamerlan Baisangurov were killed.

According to the witnesses' words,when even-fall coming,cafe "Meredian" in Suvorova street,26, was blocked with a good many militarymen,coming up in two minibuses "Gazel",a car "UAZ" and others.Presumably,all of the militarymen was of FSB special unit members masked bob spoke russian without an accent. It will be observed that a homestead to which the cafe adjoined was also blocked and carrying out the operation the militarymen both entered in the cafe and the homestead. All men, being in the homestead,removed in the yard and lay on the ground facedown. In the cafe itself the militarymen engaged heavy fire at short notice. Apparently,they had accurate information. There were a hostess of the cafe,Khildikhoroeva Zolotkhan(1964), a lady-cook and a waitress besides Musostov and Baisangurov. By unverified information,shortly before the operation from the cafe went out a men who had come there with Musostov and Baisangurov. Although the militarymen commanded women to lie on the floor they did not think of other people who could get injured added to everything else the lights were off in the cafe. As a result of it, Khildikhoroeva got a serious wound in her leg(a bullet fractured a knee-cap). After fire was stopped,the soldiers commanded to go out to all people in the cafe. Khildikhoroeva could not do it and the cook and waitress removed in a next room and questioned. Then they were let out.As well after questioning, the arrested men being in the adjoining homestead were set free.

Musostov and Baisangurov were killed. By the end of the operation,ingush militiamen came up to the place.They drove the wounded Khildikhoroeva to the hospital. The members of the special unit recorded the place of the incident with videocamera. Then they drove the corpses in the mortuary. In two days,the killed men's relatives were allowed to take the bodies away.

Khasbulat Amerkhanov, 25 years old.

About 13:00, in Plievsky municipal district of Nazran,in Partizanskaya,7, agents of RF secret services killed a native of Grozny town,Khazbulat Amerkhanov в результате.

Amerkhanov was killed in his uncle's house(his mother's brother). According to the some witnesses' words, members of the secret services blocked the homestead and having no try to arrest him,showered blastgrenades in his room. The Amerkhanovs refused commenting the incident. The Amerkhanov's relatives,neighbors and acquainted men spoke of Khasbulat as well-bred, decent literate young man.

Khazbulat Amerkhanov was married and two months before his son had been born.
