Murdalov Timur Shamilyevich, 1968.

On the night of January 5 or 6, in Karabulak, at the territory of enforced migrants of Chechen republic reception camp , was found Timur Murdalov's corpse ,native of Avtury settlement, Shalinsky district of Chechen republic. Murdalov came from Chechen republic 3 or 4 months ago and settle down on МTF depot, where he had rented a room living there alone. According to opinion of his neighbours, he was calm, kind and polite man, remarkable for his gentle disposition. His circle of acquaintance with whom he got familiar was small, but what most liked him was to play with children. He was single.

The body of killed was discovered only on the third day , when neighbours became anxious with Murdalov long absence, penetrate into his room. Timur's corpse lay on the floor and there were 6 bullet wounds (one was made into his head) on his body. The shots were fired with Makarov pistol. His relatives took his corpse out to Avtury settlement and buried it on the local cemetery on January, 8 th. Reasons and motives of that murder are not known. Accordin to relatives's words, Timur didn't take part in military operations and he had no , personal enemies.

Dzhabrailov Zaurbek Denilbekovich, 1974.

On the night of February,1st, in the stanitsa Ordzhonikidzevskaya, republic of Ingushetiya,in the evening about 19 o'clock by unknown people was killed Zaurbek Dzhabrailov,native of New Ataghi,Shalinsky district,Chechen republic . To our knowledge, Zaurbek proved to be a member of humanitarian organization «Helswirk» (Austria) and was a second cousin of famous moscow businessman Umar Dzhabrailov . During the killing there were Zaurbek himself , his wife and two little children in their lodge. Two unknown masked persons dressed in civilian clothes, suddenly emergeed, fired some shots at Zaurbek and after finding him to be dead, quietly left the place.

In the day-time, the Dzhabrailov's relatives take his body to Chechnya to bury in his homevillage. The reason of the murder isn't known.

Shokarov Visadi Vakhaevich, 1971 .р.

A corpse of Shokarov Visadi was brought in the reception camp «Satsita»,stanitsa Ordzhonikidzevskaya.Shokarov lived on the territory of Ingushetiya as a refugee since the second military campaign in Chechen republic.

On January, 6 th 2003, at 6.30 in the morning Shokarov was arrested in the territory of the reception camp "Satsita" during special operation, realized jointly with chechen and ingush regional militia forces.Some more refugees of the reception camp were arrested too including Cholaev Aslan. After that event,the relatives of the arrested came to the building of Sunzhensky department of internal affairs right away, where Visadi Shokarov,Aslan Chalaev and other reception camp "Satsita" refugees were brought. Shokurov's father was told by members of militia that they had not any claim on the arrested ones and arrest was done by order of office of Nadterechny area of Chechen republic public prosecutor. He was also told several autos would come in two hours to take the arrested away Chechnya to.

Meanwhile, two in plain-clothes came up to an elder brother of Visadi Shokarov,Visit Shokarov Vakhaevich(1966) that was being in front of the building and beginning to talk in chechen brought him into the building yard. When his wife tried to go with them they said they would let her husband free right away after checking his documents. However, neither that day nor later he was not let out. At that very day there proved to be arrested two Shokurovs.

People,standing in the street and looking through the openings in the gate,saw that the brothers Shokarovs and Aslan Cholaev, handlocked,seated into "UAZ" auto and took away from stanitsa Ordzhonikidzevskaya.

In the same day,all of the rest arrested people was let out but brother Shokarovs and Aslan Cholaev.

On January, 7,2003, the relatives apply to the Nadterechny area procuracy (Znamenskoye settlement,Chechen republic).The procuracy said that they had no the abovementioned arrested people. Only in several days the members of the procuracy admitted that Visadi Shokarov was there on the territory of the procuracy. At that time the relatives of the arrested were informed that Shokarov Visit and Cholaev Aslan had been let free the next day after arrest. Aslan Cholaev was really let out on January,13, but Shokarov Visit hasn't come home and nobody saw him after so-called "Release". By February,14, 2003, he is considered to be missing.

The relatives of Shokarov Visadi briefed Tepsaev Sherip that wasn't allowed to meet with his client. Though,all the time the lawyer claimed the meeting. On February,5th, a chief of procuracy of Nadterechny area inquiry team,investigator Pashkov V.V., promised the lawyer to allow him to meet his client on February, 10th, 2003.

But on February, 10th, when Tepsaev came to see Pashkov V.V. said him that «Shokarov Visadi and one more suspect Baigiriev had been taken to investigative action and there happened an accident on the road whereupon Shokarov and Baigiriev died. Both bodies are in the Mozdok mortuare».

The relatives went to Mozdok and took Shokarov's body.There they got a medical deathcertificate saying that «Shokarov's death came on February,2nd, in consequence of obtuse head injure, cardioclasia, brain injure, corpse scorching and coalification» . With that, characteristics and a number of injures (numerous stabbed and cut wounds on the chest, lack of a scull part) of the corpse inspire many questions about Shokarov's death circumstances.

Makhmudkhadzhiev Abdulla Tutaevich, 1952 .

On the night of February,16th, in the chechen refugee locatio on the territory of "Radiozavod", Malgobek, Ingushetiya, commited a murder.

About 3 o'clock in the morning some armed,camouflaged and masked people smashed in the room 61,where Makhmudkhadzhievs lived (husband, wife and 6 children). Abdulla Makhmudkhadzhiev asked the unknown "what happened? May be you misarrange room or people?". But the unknown persons forbad switch light on menacing with arms, and two of them,tied up Abdalla, took him out,saying : «We learn it in the office". Makhmudkhadzhiev,barefoot and only with T-shirt on was led out of the radioworks territory. Meanwhite, Abdulla's wife tried to be out to get to know in what direction her husband had been taken away she was forced into the room by threat of arms but she could hear the sounds of shots. After the anonymous left the radioworks territory,Makhmudkhadzhiev's wife with the camp superintendant came to District department of internal affairs of Malgobek. There they were told that their department members did not arrest noone and nothing knew about the operation. When the woman accompanied with superintendant ascended onto the 3rd floor of the department building, where they were directed to give testimony,into the room the militiaman came and asked urgently the superintendant to drive the woman home and to come back. When the superintendant with the arrested one's wife were back to radioworks, there had already been members of militia holding an investigation. It was found the locals of the camp detected the Makhmudkhadzhiev's body within 35 metres from the radioworks fence. There were 9 bullet wounds.

Khaikharoev Magomed Khusenovich, 1966

A corpse of Khaikharoev Magomed,native of Bamut,Achkhoimartanovsky area of Chechen republic was disclosed nearby Sagopshi settlement. There were gunshot wounds the body.

According to the fact, Malgobek procuracy actioned a criminal case. During the investigational activities it became evident, the killed was a full brother to the famous field leader Khaikharoev Ruslan,having been killed on account of vendetta close to 2nd chechen war (on August,1999).

Zabiev Umar Abdurakhmanovich, 1972.

Zabiev Musa Abdurakhmanovich,1975, major,second in command of unit 5560,native of Galashki settlement,Sunzhensky district,Republic of Ingushetiya, applied for legal assistance to human rights centre "Memorial". He told that on June,10th,his mother,Zabieva Tamara Sultanovna,1938, having brought up 10th children and Musa's brothers: Umar Abdurakhmanovich,1972,a guard of stock company "Nesterovsky brickyard",Ali Abdurakhmanovich,1975, yardmaster of Galashki firestation (all of them lived in Naberezhnaya street,15),weeded potatoes within 4 km. from the settlement. The field was situated near a road leading to Dattykh settlement.

Approximately,in 19.00 working was over and Musa's relatives,by lorry ZIL 130( number-plate P921AB),blue, belonging to the farm "Bart", and drove home. In 200 metres they were fired with both sides of the road, in the distance of about 30-40 metres.Firing was very hard. They had to stop for the pierced left tire.

T.Zabieva got 3 wounds right away:in the loins, neck and light wound-in the head. Two bullets were pulled out of her body in Sunzhensky district hospital but her health keep serious.

Ali dragged his mother out of the cabin in the cavin because of firing. Then he went to the settlement for assistance and Umar remained with mother.

Musa was at home when his daughter told she heard hard shots and an explosion in the garden direction. Found out the relatives had not come back Musa drove to the field and arrived there in about 40 minutes after firing, There was nobody there. M. Zabiev tuned a portable radio on the militia wave and heard the settlement militia division was communicating information of the incident to Sunzhensky district of internal affairs:: “ the Column of the militarians having come in the Dattyh settlement direction fired some locals wounded them.”.

Thinking that his injured relatives were delivered in the settlement hospital, Musa left for Galashky. He arrived to the hospital almost simultaneously with the settlement militia auto on duty (officers of the settlement department of militia were informed by Ali). Not finding the injured there, officers of the settlement department of militia and Zabievs's relatives, arrived to a place of the event and began go with a toothcomb comb the lot of woods. Approximately in 30-40 meters from the banged machine there was found T.Zabieva unconscious. At first she was driven to the settlement hospital and later to district one. Umar could not be found that day.

About 22.00 o'clock two locals,Alaudin Ortshoevich Dzeitov and Vakha Tagirovich Artshanov that had searched Umar,were detained by group of well armed militarians who spoke Russian without accent. According to the people's information,they were made to
lay on the ground, examined and checked their documents, asked who they are and what they were doing there. Young men answered that they were from Galashki settlement,left their documents at home and searched for the men from the same settlement that have been fired.

Then militarians began to ask more in detail: who fired; whom fired at; what the locals talked about the accident. The answers were the peaceful inhabitants coming back from the weeding of field had been fired and injured but who fired - they did not know.

Then militarians with a portable radio set contacted their heads, informing them about the captured persons and asked what to do with them. Dzeytov and Artshanov didn't hear distinctly an answer, but in three hours they were released (all the time of being in the militarians's hands the captured men were laying on the ground). Before the arrested heard an order: “ Do remove mines! ” And shouts of the senior that hurried subordinates, demanding on not wasting time

In the morning on June, 11th on a place of incident arrived vice-commander of United group of Armies , the general-major, the representative of military Office of Public Prosecutor from Hankala and the representative of a special department.They at once began to accuse separatists.

About 12.30 on June, 12th Musa Ahmedovich Taisumov, that took place in searching lost people, in 20 meters from that place where have been detained Artshanov and Dzeytov, found out traces of drawing and spots of blood. Passing some more meters, he came across on a fresh hillock. The arrived members of militia inspected the place and found metal pickets, dug into the ground (they are intended for installation mines-"extensions" as experts then explained). When the hillock was cleaned from the top layer of the ground, a corpse was found out and two same metal pickets more. For fear of the tomb to be mined, militiamen sent for sappers. The sappers, tied a cord to a leg drew the corpse out of tomb. The body was identified - it was Umar Zabiev's body.

The corpse had numerous fractures, grazes and bruises, and also with plural gunshot wounds.

At the firing place of the lorry, officers of law-enforcement agency of RI found more than 150 cartridge cases of 7.62 calibre, and also a machine-gun cartridge belt. Near the burial place was found the bottles of mineral water “Salskaya”, packages of rusks, tins of pork pate ,empty packs of cigarettes "kosmos". All of that subjects was found in small holes, lightly covered with the ground. Some banks was sooted. Also a thin cord (2-2,5 meters long) and a camouflaged case (50-80см) - found there
On June, 12th,Umar was buried in the cemetery of Galashki settlement.

On July, 21st, about 22:00, in the territory of Plievo settlement, Nazran district of Republic of Ingushetia, officers of Nazran Regional Department of Internal affairs while fulfilling operative actions there was stopped to check an BMW auto with numberplate of 95th region. During checking documents a driver of the vehicle started an explosive of unknown type in the result of received wounds he died right away there. Nobody of militiamen did not harm. A passenger of the car, 24-years Argun town dweller of Chechen Republic, was detained

At 18:15, on the road to Galashki settlement, near a bridge over Assa river,a "Kamaz" truck with russian militarymen was explocded presumably on a radio-activated land mine. According to Ministry of Internal Affairs RI, on the place of explosion,due to received wounds private soldiers Kozinov, Eroshkin, Pogasyan and Sukachyov died.

Two more military men got wounds and were hospitalized. All of them served under contract. The military column consisting of two vehicles "KamAZ", directed to their unit disposition place that was situated in Dattykh settlement of republic of Ingushetiya on the border of Chechen Republic. Six military men being in the second machine did not suffer.

With regard to case of the vehicle underminiing and according to the lawarticle "terrorism", the criminal proceeding was actioned by Office of Public Prosecutor of Sunzhensky district of Ingushetiya

In Magastown of Ingushetiya, unknown persons being in the truck with brand mark "GAZ" blast out an explosion near a building of Federal Security Service.

About 12:00, from Aly-Yurt settlement direction, on the unsurfaced road to a Federal Security Service building a truck with brand mark "GAZ", loaded with hay, had driven up to. There were two persons in the truck. After the machine had stopped, there happened an explosion. The persons being in the car started an explosive. The basic blast wave passed by the Federal Security Service building - it went into the waste land. But a part of this blast wave sufficed to damage the Federal Security Service building and a building of Management of federal exchequer. The blast wave broke all windowpanes on the ground floor of the president residence (which is situated about 150 meters from Federal Security Service building).

As a result of explosion on the adjusted data, two Federal Security Service officers native of Pyatigorsk town died. The two assailants being in the car were died as well. Deputy chief of the regional department of Federal Security Service in Ingushetia, Andrey Buskikh, who acted as the chief, was badly wounded (a chief of regional Department of Federal Security Service in Ingushetia Koryakov was on leave that time).

In the afternoon in Yandareh settlement of the Republic of Ingushetia, Ministry of Internal Affairs members of Ingushetia tried to detain a group of unknown armed people. The persons maintained armed resistance; during the skirmish, one of assailants was killed, three others-detained.

According to the available facts,the Office of Nazran district Public Prosecutor actioned a criminal case and was investigating the case.

According to some information during the skirmish, one of the unknown persons was killed, two received wounds. At 18:00, Ordzhonikidzevskaya stanitsa, Sunzhensky district, in the Engels street, officers of mobile group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Federal Security Service of Russian Federation in Republic of Ingushetiya was stopped the auto VAZ-2106 with two persons in. After the request to showr documents,the militiamen were fired. During the firing, an officer of mobile group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the senior lieutenant of militia Alexey Dusev was killed. The major of Federal Security Service Ratnyh Vladimir Nikolaevich-wounded. As it turned out, afterwards, one of the assailants was native of Ordzhonikidzevskaya stanitsa, Batyr Ozdoev.He was killed. The second - Alikhan Gaparkhoev, was detained. A pistol was withdrawn. On the fact of the armed attack against the officers of militia,a criminal case was actioned according to lawarticle 317 and 222 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation (resistance to officials of militia and illegal storage of weapons).

In Troitskaya settlement, Sunzhensky district, during inspecting a cottage situated in Lenin street,31, by officers of OMON of Ingushetia, there happened an explosion there. Four officers were killed ,eleven more received wounds. According to official sources, the officers of OMON arrived to that house for checking information about presence of arms store there. During examination an explosion happened. As a result of the explosion, 4 persons were killed. They were Magomed Martazanov - the lieutenant colonel of militia, commander of OMON of Ministry of Internal Affairs of republic of Ingushetiya; Ahmed Archakov - engineer-sapper of OMON, the senior lieutenant of militia; Yusup Geroev - militiaman-cynologist of OMON, the ensign of militia; Girikhan Bochalov - militiaman of OMON, sergeant of militia.

Badly wounded:

Dzeitov Isa Abasovich, the deputy chief of criminal investigation department of Sunjensky Regional Department of Internal affairs, the major of militia. A state of health stayed very serious.

Evloev Aslan Magomedgireevich, the chief of militia station of Troitskaya settlement, the major of militia.

10 more person, officers of OMON unit, had received wounds of various severity.

After explosion in the house,a large quantity of the weapons and ammunition was revealed. The Office of Public Prosecutor of Ingushetia actioned a criminal case and was holding an inquiry.

Kartoev Beckkhan Bilyanovich , (1953)

About at 14:00, in Malgobek, officers of regional department of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in the Chechen Republic and militiamen from Kadyrov's Security service (they had certificates of the Regional Operative Staff),
realized an operation to arrest native of Chechen Republic, Abukar Temirsultanov living in a flat of the block house in Ordzhonikidze street,6. Temursultanov offered an armed resistance. From both sides the automatic weapons, pistols and grenades were used there. Temursultanov jumped out of a window and was detained. During the skirmish, peace citizens were harmed: the casual passer-by, native of Malgobek Beckkhan Kartoev was killed,another passer-by, Tsechoev Magomed ILezovich was wounded in a leg.

Bushalov Ruslan Vakhaevich, (1977)

In Ordzhonikidzevskaya stanitsa, Sunzhensky district, members of Ministry of Internal Affairs in republic of Ingushetiya jointly with a mobile group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation tried to detain Ruslan Bushalov. Operation was held about at 14.30 in the afternoon. Bushalov offered resistance and began to fire back with a pistol "Stechkin". During the skirmish he was killed. He had a pistol and a grenade.

KHakiev Apti Alikhanovich, (1967)

About 16:00, between settlements Nesterovskaya and Alkhasty,Sunzhensky district of Republic of Ingushetia, Russian military men fired a vehicle "VAZ-21099" that was driven by a deputy minister of Ministry of Internal Affairs of republic of Ingushetiya, Apti Khakiev who was coming back home from work. As a result of firing Khakiev received a wound and after some time he was delivered to the hospital of Ordzhonikidzevskaya stanitsa where he died from the received wound . According to the fact the criminal proceeding was actioned by Office of Public Prosecutor of Sunzhensky district . During investigation,it was established, that firing at the Khakiev's auto and killing him had been done by outpost soldiers of a military commandant's office of Lenin district of Grozny being stationed in Dattyh settlement, Sunzhensky district of Ingushetia.
