From Malgobek inhabitants of the Chechen Republic, Danilbek Bataev and Murad Tokaev were taken away in an unknown direction. At 6:00 to the house ?4 located along the street Zyazikova, in which Danilbek rented an apartment as the refugee (he is registered to the address of: Grozniy town, Olympic street, the house 25 flat. 1), white machine " пїЅaпїЅ pпїЅпїЅ" with the armed people in a camouflage and in masks has burst in. 5-6 person have rushed into the house and have seized Bataev and his friend Tokaeva who has come to this evening on a visit and has remained to spend the night at the friend. Both have taken away in a unknown direction. Thus strongly more than once have struck wife Danilbeka Lauru Bataevu who clinged to the husband. Bataev lived in this house with the wife and with the little child.
Bataeva Laura has addressed in Office of Public Prosecutor of Malgobek with the written application for abduction of the husband. The father, Bataev Adam, has applied with the same application in Office of Public Prosecutor of the Chechen Republic, to public prosecutor V. Chernovu, and director of federal security service of the Russian Federation on the Chechen Republics Babkinu. However they and have not received any answer.
On April, 9th, 2002 in a Grozniy in area Staropromyslovskom, on "Tashkale", approximately in kilometer from a site of the Russian military unit the burial place was revealed. On April, 11th employees of Ministry of Emergency Measures CH R at presence of inspectors of Office of Public Prosecutor CH R have lead opening the given burial place, 4 corpses have been as a result taken. At all four the throat has been cut, faces are stuck by an adhesive tape, and hands were bounded behind a back. After a while it was possible to establish, that two corpses from this burial place belong Botaev and Tokaev.

Idigov Naip Salmanovich, 1969 born, was taken away in an unknown direction by masked Russian military men.
Nearby midnight the house Idigov lived in as a refugee located in the Zarechnaya street, Karabulak as the compelled immigrant, was surrounded by a camouflaged group of people that having broken into the house, seized Idigov,beating his wife and cousin with butts. Naip Idigov was removed by several machines that moved to "Rostov-Baku" highway, and further through block-post " Caucasus " into Chechen Republic. Afterwards, on February, 15th and 16th the Russian mass media informed, that in the Chechen Republic , in Achkhoi-Martanovsky district, at attempt to set a landmine, terrorist Naip Idigov destroyed himself. Since that moment his relatives have searched Idigov alive or dead. Referring to messages of mass-media, they addressed to the Office of Sunzhensky district Public Prosecutor of Ingushetia and to the same structures in Chechen republic. However,they couldn't obtain any information of Idigov's location and the source of news about his death.
The February news appeared to be true only when said that Idigov was arrested and destroyed - and was false in all the rest. In point of fact he was killed right after he ,on the night of February, 14th, 2002, had been taken away from his house in Ingushetia. There were numerous traces of beatings all over his body, with hands bounded by a cord behind his back, and there was a hole resulted from a test-shot in a temple.
Before that, his relatives have obtained Naip Idigov's passport from official structures, but all the same they were failed in finding out what happened after his arrest.
On October 21, Naip Idigov's relatives came to know that some people of 56th uchastok of Oktyabrsky district,Grozny,found a body of an unknown man on February 18,2002,and having photographed the body,buried it in the mosque yard.By that photos the Naip Idigov's relatives spotted him.

On September, 7th, in the surroundings of Aki-Yurt, Republic of Ingushetia, two burial places were revealed from which were taken seven corpses. It became known, that four of them were natives of Krasnostepnovskoe settlement, Groznensky district,that had been kidnaped by the Russian military on the night of May, 14th, 2002 :Musa Kariev, Rustam Kariev, Aslan Kariev, Azizbek Bitsalov, as well Vaha Magomadov which were taken by relatives to bury . Two remained bodies, by people hypothesis, belonged to Bislan Dadaev and Aslan Ligutsokov which had been taken away, as well as Magomadov, on the night of May, 3rd, 2002 from Oktyaborskoe settlement, Groznensky district. 07.09.2002пїЅ

, On a territory central bus station Malgobek town, securities of the Head of Chechen republic temporary administration Ahmad Kadyrov, tried to kidnap two Chechen republic locals: Imran Musalaev and Isa Mikailov,visiting aliens on territory of Ingushetia. The Kadyrov's securities tried to make Musalaeva and Micailova seat into a white car " VAZ-2107 ". Musalaev could run away from assaulters and trying to escape the persecutors he rushed into the trip bus. The Kadyrov's securities followed him into the bus full of passengers and start firing at Musalaev there. As the witnesses confirmed they saw very well, that in hands of Musalaev there was a blast grenade with pulled out pin. Nevertheless, Kadyrov's securities shot several times and obviously fatally wounded him. Falling, the man covered with his body the blast grenade , that had dropped out from his hands before. Thus the basic energy of explosion was diminished.
In the meanwhile Kadyrov's securities got into their auto where was the second Chechen detained man and tried to leave from the place of incident, with fair speed directing to the Chechen Republic' board. Members of Malgobec Department of Internal Affairs ,also some civilians and witnesses chased for the assaulters . In the territory of Aki - Yurt settlement, Malgobeksky district, the auto of Kadyrov's securities, was stopped by the Ingush militiamen. But there was no Mikailov Isa in the assaulters's auto, the criminals have got rid of him on road, having thrown kidnapped one out of the vehicle. Arrested persons were delivered in the SIZO of Malgobek Department of Internal Affairs , they appeared to be Chechen republic locals: Magomadov Anzor Abdulganievich, Ismailov Sergey Osmanovich, Delimhanov Magomed Hamidovich. They had the weapons, travelling certificates and the certificates which have been given out by Security service of the head of Chechen Republic administration.
As a result of shooting by the securities of the head of Chechen republic temporary administration in the bus and explosion of blastgrenade 4 persons were killed. They were: Musalaev Imran, native of Jalka settlement, Gudermes district, Chechen republic; Agieva Zareta, native of Malgobek town, Lermontov street, house 36; Bulgucheva Vaznat,native of Malgobek, Tchkalov street; Shahtamirova Zaira, native of Urus-Martanovsky area of Chechen republic.
9 more persons got wounded, two of them, Ali Velkhiev and Lubov Vorontsova, dwellers of Malgobek were at deaths door. Other passengers of the bus who were wounded: Fatima Bagaeva; Fatima Akhilgova; Isa Geliskhanov; Larisa Obrogova; Sultangiri Kartoev; Mazai Yaryzhev; Sahar Agieva.
By law machinery of Republic Ingushetia against Ismailova, Delimhanova and Magomadov have brought an action in : "Armed attack" and "Kidnapping".

In settlement Yujniy, area Malgobek, servants of Malgobek regional department of internal affairs conducted operative actions on check of the received information on suspicious people arrived with territory of the Chechen Republic. Abt at 16:00 militiamen have come to the home specified in the operative information where the inhabitant of Chechen Republic Dadaev Ruslan Zelemhanovich lived, with family . Policemen have entered into a court yard, and during this moment on militiamen from windows of the house heavy fire from the automatic weapon has been opened. As a result of the skirmish was killed two militiamen: Bekhan kartoev and Belan Kartoev also three Islamic militants: Ruslan Dadaev, Idris Dadaev and one more man, which person is not identify. To two Islamic militants, could to get out of the house on street, took the car of mark "VAZ-2107" , and to escape from a place of crime. The car together with the driver Islamic militants have left near Tchkalov's settlements. By policemen hypothesis ,they on foot have directed through a large forest to the Mozdok district , of Northern Ossetia. According to press-cutting service Ministry of Internal Affairs R I in the house where lived Dadaev Ruslan, are found out a machine gun, the automatic devices, two grenade cup discharges the "Fly", six pomegranate F-1, eight lighting rockets, a video camera and topographical maps of Ingushetia.

In village Orjonikidze, district of Sunzhensk, Republic Ingushetia by unknown persons the deputy chief on rear Urus-Martanovskogo regional department of internal affairs, the native of city of Urus-Martan Magomed-Saleh Bahaev is killed. At the car on which went Bahaev, the wheel has been damaged. Bahaev has been compelled to stop. When he, with the punctured wheel , has directed aside the market located nearby from that place where his the car has broken, he was attacked by unknown persons. Bahaev has died from gunshot wounds

At 12:00, the camp of the Chechen refugees located in territory of district Altievo (suburb of Nazran), has been blocked by militiamen. Militiamen of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have come on camp by 5-6 machines " UAZ-452 " (tablet), 3 machines " UAZ-469 " and one automobile in which the person dressed in civil clothes sat and, most likely, supervised by operation.

This night militiamen have tried to detain the car with the armed people. People which was in the car have shown armed resistance, badly having wounded one of militiamen (subsequently from the received wound he has died )and have escaped in territory of flour-grinding combine. The combine has been blocked by militiamen then it was offered to unknown persons to surrender. In reply to this offer of unknown persons have opened shooting aside militiamen. The fight lasted more of hour during which one of unknown persons has been killed, and four after their patrons had exhausted ,they surrendered to representatives of authorities
